Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AHG-media hub LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of https://ahg-hub.com/ (the "Site") and all services offered herein. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Scope of Service

AHG-media hub LLC is a digital marketing agency that assists event organizers and hotels in promoting and selling their room inventory. In some cases, we may manage reservations and collect payments on behalf of these clients as part of a marketing package.

There are two types of clients we serve:

  • • Hotels / Event Organizers (Partners): our B2B clients who hire us to market their accommodations.
  • Guests: individuals booking rooms through our marketing campaigns (who become customers under our agreement with the hotel/event organizer).

We are not a travel agency or hotel operator. We act as a marketing and reservation facilitator only.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of any login or booking info.
  • You agree not to misuse our platform or provide fraudulent payment details.
3. Payments & Charges
  • All prices are quoted in USD.
  • We process payments securely via Stripe.
  • A one-night deposit per room may be collected upon booking.
  • Remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in, unless otherwise specified.
  • If the hotel or organizer handles the final booking, we may charge our agreed marketing commission directly from the guest based on performance-based results.
  • Multiple bookings may result in multiple charges to your card or statement, under the descriptor " AHGHub ".
4. Cancellations & Refunds
  • More than 30 days before check-in: full refund or credit note (guest choice).
  • Less than 30 days before check-in: the one-night deposit is non-refundable to cover room holding costs and partner fees.
  • If balance is already paid: a 30% cancellation fee applies (less than 30 days from check-in).
  • No-shows or early departures: may incur up to 100% charge depending on hotel policy.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, but may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.
5. Booking Confirmation & Delivery
  • You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS within 48 hours of booking (or with deposit invoice for long-lead bookings).
  • Some hotels may require a security deposit at check-in, refundable per their terms.
6. Prohibited Use & Compliance
  • Services may not be used in violation of any U.S. trade or economic sanctions (e.g., OFAC).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at our discretion.
7. Data Protection & Security
  • All data is encrypted and processed securely using PCI-compliant systems.
  • We do not store or share credit card details - all transactions are handled through Stripe.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

9. Group Booking Policy

Applies to reservations of six (6) or more rooms made under a single booking or coordinated group name.

Definition of Group Booking

A "Group Booking" refers to any reservation involving six (6) or more rooms for the same stay period and/or made under a single group, event, or organization name.

Deposit & Payment Terms
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the room block.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 calendar days before check-in.
  • Payment must be made via Stripe or another approved processor. Each transaction may appear as “AHGHub”
Changes & Modifications
  • Group name changes, guest assignments, and booking edits are allowed up to 14 days before check-in at no additional charge.
  • Any changes requested within 14 days of arrival are subject to availability and may incur modification fees, depending on hotel or organizer policies.
Cancellations & Refunds
  • More than 30 days before check-in: Deposit is retained; the balance (if paid) is refundable or may be credited for future use.
  • 30 to 0 days before check-in: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: Non-refundable.
  • Partial group cancellations: Subject to the same terms.
10. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics), AHG-media hub LLC will coordinate with the hotel or organizer to provide credit, rebooking, or partial refunds based on partner policies.

11. Dispute

All disputes shall be governed under the laws of Nevada.
