Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment Policy
- All payments are processed through Stripe using secure encryption.
- We accept all major debit/credit cards.
- A one-night deposit is charged per booking, with the full balance due 30 days before check-in.
- All charges will appear as "AHGHub" on your statement.
- Multiple bookings will result in multiple transactions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 31+ days before check-in: Full refund or guest may request a credit.
- 30 to 0 days before check-in: Deposit is non-refundable.
- If balance is paid within the 30-day window: A 30% cancellation fee applies.
- No-show or early checkout: Subject to full charge per hotel policy.
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process and up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Fulfillment:
- Bookings are confirmed via email/SMS within 48 hours.
- Some hotels may require refundable deposits or additional local/resort taxes at check-in.
